The owners of Absolute Outdoor Advertising, Greg Millar & Jeremy Cleland, are authorized Vision Partners that operate in Simcoe County. A formal contractual relationship with Vision allows Absolute Outdoor to take advantage of proven assets which Vision has established including designs for billboard structure, relationships with suppliers, knowledge of best practices, etc.

Both Greg and Jeremy grew up in Muskoka and are experienced local business owners. Jeremy has worked in the sign industry for over 13 years & Greg brings a wealth of business & money management knowledge. They pride themselves on the success they have achieved in their separate entrepreneurial ventures and look forward to bringing their quality workmanship, dedication & creativity to local business owners.
